Martin Environmental Solutions specialise in undertaking risk assessments for the Private Sector of potential contaminated land sites, principally in order to assess the risk of contamination to human health and the environment from historic land use. We undertake a phased approach to the risk assessment of potentially contaminated land in line with current statutory and best practice guidance. Our initial Phase I Desk Study Report involves a review of available historical information relating to the land use of your site and the surrounding area, combined with a site survey / walk-over.
