We work with clients to ensure they have a full understanding of their entire property holdings portfolio, give strategic advice on group disposals and acquisition programmes and ensure that opportunities to minimise occupational costs are fully explored on rent reviews, rating appeals and lease renegotiations, whether at break clause dates or lease expiry.

We work for clients and give advice on office and industrial properties throughout the UK and Europe.
