McWhirter the Jeweller

Famed for its diamonds of distinction, MCWHIRTER The Jeweller. Was established in 1957 by Godfrey McWhirter and now has its third generation involved in the business. Garry who is Godfrey's son has taken over the leading role and for more that 20 years he has worked his way up from watch making and jewellery repair to become Managing Director.

In that time he has touched on every aspect of the business, and now spends a great deal of his time sourcing product from around the world, in order to bring his customers the best in quality and design. Garry has also recently expanded and fully refurbished the shop by taking over the premises next door he doubled both the repair department and showroom area, creating a feeling of space, luxury and comfort, a feeling one needs when purchasing that all important gift.
