I qualified as a Gym Instructor almost a decade ago and since qualifying I always felt that there was something missing. In the gym many people would approach me asking for advice on injuries and their treatment. The advice I used to give was mostly rest, stop exercising and to stop participating in the sport that you enjoy so much. Now that I’ve discovered Sports Massage I am able to help you with your injuries and speed your recovery so that you can continue your training regime and participate in your chosen sport. As a keen runner and cyclist I have experienced how it feels to train to a high standard, become obsessed with performance and consequently I am well aware of the agony of sports injuries and frustration of enforced rest. I have run several half marathons and a number of full marathons including the 2013 & 2015 London marathons.
