Mechlins, is a refurbishment construction company specialising in bespoke carpentry and joinery. We offer a comprehensive building service paying particular care and attention to detail with a professional and friendly service from an experienced team of quality tradesman. All our subcontractors are qualified and hold relevant certificates and are associated with their governing bodies such as Gas Safe and NIC EIC. We also hold current 'public liability insurance'. We have experience in developing many houses, with various levels of refurbishment, extension and conversion and we demand a high level of care and perfection from all our subcontractors.

We undertake or will guide you through all aspects of planning permissions and legal requirements drawing upon our experience with many councils in the south east. We can provide architectural services or are happy to work along side any architects that have already been instructed or use plans that you may provide.
