We regularly ask our students to complete a short feedback form when they have completed their studies and work placements. This helps us understand what they thought of their time with us. We have developed some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to help us measure our performance.

They were deliberately set high to give us a target to aim for. We are delighted that the vast majority of our students are very satisfied with the time they spent with us. We know we have to work harder in some areas and are looking at ways to improve our service. We find that KPIs are a great way to help measure our performance by providing accurate data we can act on.

The total number of students surveyed in 2014 was 1,078. Some of these combined English Language Training (ELT) with a work and study activity, some did ELT only; many were short-term, and a few were long-term.
