Our logs are processed many months in advance and all stacked for maximum exposure to heat, sunlight and air flow in our purpose built open sided polytunnel, and our old adapted glasshouse.We often get asked about the moisture content of our logs so we measure them on a regular basis. Our seasoned logs are currently an average of around 20% moisture content.
