We are RIBA Chartered Architects committed to creating engaging, sustainable buildings that seamlessly connect to function and context. We are both professional and personable. Our work places a strong emphasis on minimising environmental impact during construction and long into the future. The practice was established in September 2008 by Mike Daubney RIBA after extensive periods working for award winning London architects. The practice has since undertaken architectural work across a variety of sectors - with particular focus on high quality residential refurbishment and new build projects in London and the South East.

We have excellent relationships with planners, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors in the sectors in which we specialise. MDA are well versed with the constraints of designing within tight urban locations together with obtaining planning consents for many difficult sites throughout the capital and Home Counties.
