Hello, my name is Mike and I am the owner of Minerva Business Consultants Limited. I have a significant breadth of commercial experience having worked for over 30 years in the Public, Private, and Voluntary sectors.

My experience has extended into many areas including Finance, Premises Management, Personnel, Health & Safety, and Facilities Management. My vast operational experience is supplemented, as a member of Senior Leadership Teams, with over 10 years strategic planning and implementation in multi million pound organisations. I have also served as non-executive Director for four organisations in the third sector.

Running multi-discipline teams has made me well aware of the challenges that are faced by businesses and I have helped turn around new start-ups as well as existing companies looking for 'a change in fortunes'.
