Michael's mentor was a Master Fitter who believed the training of a carpet fitter was a long process, and not something someone could learn overnight in fact not even in a few years. Eventually after many years of long days and nights training and studying hard, Michael qualified as a Carpet Fitter, his mentor after 35 years in the business decided to retire and leave the business to Michael, the business then became what it is currently known today as MJ Flooring Services.
