We are a family run business who strive to satisfy every customers wants and needs. We currently have a 96% customer retention rate, which we are very proud of. We do lose a few with customers moving out of the area, but we also have alot of customers who have moved and stayed in the tendring area who have retained our window cleaning services.Currently all our window cleaners clean windows utalising the water fed pole. Which we find is far superior to any other method available. With water fed pole cleaning we are able to clean all frames and sills each and every time we visit unike some window cleaners we dont charge extra for this.All customers receive a message the night before with a 2 hour time slot that we will arrive in, be that by text or phone call, to let you know we will be attending the following day. This gives you ampel opportunity to unlock any side gates we may need for access and also to close any windows in advance.
