MRS Louise Shuttleworth

My name is Louise Shuttleworth. I am a UKCP, MBACP Integrative Psychotherapist and AC Psychological Coach (Cognitive Behavioural) supporting individuals, couples, adults and teens. I have an in depth knowledge of working with young people and am a LINK adoption counsellor and attachment focused therapist, specific qualifications required legally to work with those who have been adopted. Besides being a Psychotherapist in private practice in Preston Park, Brighton, I have extensive experience as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Psychotherapist and am registered by BUPA, Aviva, WPP and Cigna to offer psychotherapy.

He was experiencing anxiety and extreme lack of confidence at a time coming up to GCSE's and needed some help outside the family. Louise helped him tackle issues head on, learn to cope with nerves and talk more openly about his feelings. He found the whole experience really helpful and we are pleased that he has learnt some valuable life skills'.
