MSB has particular expertise in the financial services, healthcare and transport sectors. MSB was founded in 1987 by Don Porter and Brian Hamill, the company’s joint Managing Directors. Before establishing MSB, Don and Brian had been responsible for the design and delivery of British Airways’ Putting People First programme – still the textbook example of how to turn an underperforming company into a world leader through a clear focus on customer service, productivity and profitability. Since then, MSB has helped hundreds of clients - from banks and healthcare providers to train-operating companies and government departments - to improve their customer service, communicate more effectively with their employees and boost performance through targeted training programmes.
