Richard’s background is extensive with experience in finance, management, property and energy. Heading the business as Managing Director, he can often be found sat at his desk conjuring up new ideas or found wandering around the office on the phone! In his limited spare time, Richard loves exploring Cornwall and can often be found at weekends dragging his family along to a coastal walk! With a keen interest in sport, he tries to keep fit by playing squash and mountain biking much of which is outweighed by his love of food! Candice has been a member of the team since 2014 and keeps the wheels in motion day-to-day as our trusted Sales and Business Development Manager. Keeping a close eye on the team and sales progression in-house, you’re likely to speak to Candice when buying or selling through us. She is familiar with the area living close by in Wadebridge with her long-term partner. Having many interests, in particular, property renovation, motor vehicles and baking. With a close network of family and friends close by, she is never sat still for very long!
