Nadine Geraghty

Nadine is a trained psychotherapist and a Senior Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has specialist knowledge in helping adults with emotional difficulties having worked within NHS Mental Health Services for 21 years and held a private practice for the last 16 years. She works for several Employee Assistance Programmes and has supported employees with both personal and work-related issues. She has trained in a variety of techniques and is therefore able to adapt her approach to meet the client’s needs. Her most recent training has been in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy which is an approach that has shown to enable long lasting change for many clients who have not been helped by alternative methods. She continues to update her skills with on- going professional development attending short courses and seminars. Nadine’s qualifications; Nadine has trained as an Occupational Therapist, she holds a Certificate, Advanced Certificate and Diploma in Counselling and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, and a Certificate in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.
