I always loved to pamper others but I started my journey into therapies and healing in 2005 in Nepal where I volunteered in an orphanage. It was in Pokhara where I started my first regular yoga classes and attended a course in acuppressure massage. The biggest step there was my attunements to reiki I and II. Although I had been using energy healing and working with angels, yoga and zen meditation long before then I still would count the time in Nepal as the beginning of my deeper journey and healing.
