Over the past 25 years NCS Property Maintenance has quickly become an established maintenance contractor, undertaking maintenance and construction works for many, councils; housing associations; commercial and private customers. We believe that the continued employment of our services is due to our professional, reliable and committed approach to the services we provide. An increase in our commerce has been driven by recommendations, until now, with the creation of our new website.

NCS continually and frequently carry out maintenance works for Hertfordshire; London; and Home Counties based estate and letting agents, as well as the general public. Furthermore, NCS has undertaken projects, on behalf of letting agents, including: bathroom and kitchen refurbishments; and complete property refurbishments. Nevertheless, NCS believe that no job is too small or too large, offering a same day service, in some occasions.
