We arrange a meeting to discuss how to improve your garden given your needs and aspirations, the site and how much you would like to invest. I will be able to make some initial suggestions and give you a rough idea of the likely costs of the landscaping. This meeting is free.
Depending on the size and complexity of your garden and the number of plans and drawings required, I will give you a price for surveying and providing a garden design. The majority of designs I produce cost between £250 and £500. I will survey your garden and produce an initial rough plan to discuss with you before a final design is produced.
In surveying your garden I will take into account the following:
- Aspect and levels
- Soil type and condition
- Existing plants
- Drainage
- Views
- Anything else that is relevant to your garden
I will provide a final design with accompanying drawings, which can be presented to a landscaper for a building quotation. I have links with a number of landscapers who I would be happy to introduce to you or, alternatively, I can obtain quotes on your behalf.
