Our aim is to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance and function well during training. Sports Massage is ideal for pre and post sports events. Deep tissue massage techniques are used to release muscular tension whether sports related, stress related or simply down to bad posture. Pre-event massage: Warms up the muscles — getting the blood circulating and allowing longer workout reducing the risk of injury, increasing flexibility and greater range of movement. Post-event massage: Relieves muscle cramps and spasm, removes lactic acid build up in muscles that occurs with exercise. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.
