Prior to forming NGI Finance, Chris ran a £100m turnover business for a major high street bank in SE England, where he managed 3 teams of managers working with business decision makers and had joint signatory authority for lending in excess of £1m. Chris had previously held senior positions in Scotland and the North of England. Maria has over 30 years expertise in property finance, having worked for a major high street bank in a senior position covering 3 offices across a wide geographical area with specific responsibility for property lending and second charge loans. During her time with the bank, Maria won a number of awards for exceeding customer service and people management.
