There is always a focus on mindful movement and connecting the mind, body and breath together in order to find a sense of calm and peace. We believe that yoga is not something for bendy gymnastic people but for everyone, of any age, ability or condition. In fact movement is only one part of yoga practice. Work alongside a number of fantastic local teachers in the devon area with classes in all of the main towns, Barnstaple, Bideford, Woolacombe, Braunton and many places in between.
