Our shop is well stocked with a wide range of wholefood and drinks for a healthy lifestyle. We also carry a wide range of vitamins and minerals from Lamberts, one of the top manufacturers in the UK. Our aromatherapy range is from Tisserand, body care products from Weleda and Faith in Nature, Bach Flower Essences along with an excellent range of gemstones, crystal, lamps and much more. Look for an updated “shop” page in future which will have images of our ranges.We are based in the centre of Cockermouth, a beautiful market town within the Lake District National Park. With easy access to the central and western lakes and an abundance of interesting places to see Cockermouth and the North Lakes Clinic are well worth a visit.
