Where any repair or upgrade works are required, a full specification can be prepared and the project tendered to suitably qualified building contractors and the works supervised by an experienced contract administrator. We also provide professional advice in connection with Dilapidations and Reinstatement issues where Leases are coming to an end or when a break clause is imminent and an assessment of liability is required in order to make a financially balanced decision.
