We started are business refurbishing properties for resale and rental, we were constantly let down by Gas engineers who would only be interested when a large job was on offer or would charge ludicrous call out fee’s. We initially worked only on our own projects but were often asked to do work for the general public.

We now also work for letting agents helping in the maintenance of anything Gas or Plumbing related. We have also added part P electrical to our qualifications so that we can see the job from start to finish without the costly addition of another tradesmen being required. Many plumbers or Gas engineers will need to call an Electrician to your property to connect the appliance fitted to the mains this is an extra expense that we don’t have to charge, we are qualified to do so.

When we quote for plumbing or gas fitting work, the emphasis is always on the quality of work, although we do offer a value-for-money-service. We always use quality materials and will never use cheap materials to try and undercut another quote. We guarantee our work and you can't do that if you use cheap materials to bring in the job under-budget.
