Matthew was educated to degree level and worked in the hospitality industry for several years before transferring to the food section of Marks and Spencer. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his past employment, with particular emphasis on customer care. He is married with a young son and daughter and is happy to join the family firm with this new venture into property management. He has just passed his final examination giving him the Association of Residential Letting Agents qualification.

Jean has spent majority of her working life in two sectors - medical and charitable.
