When I was a child, I was always on the look out, with my mum, for 'a little something' to make my bedroom look prettier - a new chair for my teddies to be displayed in comfort, flowers for the fireplace or a new sign on the door to keep my big sister out. As I grew up, I realised that buying pretty things for the home - without the bank of mum and dad - was costly and I would feel frustrated at having to compromise on quality and often style to get the look and feel I hoped for. OGHome and my shop Oldswinford Galleries were born out of a desire to give people like me the opportunity to buy stylish furniture and beautiful decorative accessories for their home, without over-paying. Every single item on the site is carefully chosen to be a little bit different and a little bit special.
