Most of us can 'grin and bear it' but for those who need a little more persuasion we have a number of techniques to help. Conscious Sedation is also known as IV Sedation or Twilight Sleep.

You will become very drowsy and unaware of the treatment being carried out. The level of sedation is controlled to ensure that you are able to understand and respond to verbal instructions. Deirdre Ball provides IV sedation at One Dental. Deirdre will discuss your fears and anxieties with you at an initial assessment appointment. Inhalation sedation is also called RA sedation and sometimes 'laughing gas'.
