We are offering a number of full time, permanent positions in our Housing Benefits Team - roles include: Assessment of claims for Housing Benefit (HB) and Council Tax Support (CTS), from receipt of the claim to resolution in line with Civica quality. Undertake the issuing of housing benefit overpayment notices, monitoring debtor arrangements and taking appropriate recovery action in line with legislation and policies. Dealing with customer queries regarding HBOP via telephone and written correspondence.
