Oriental Yoga - Liverpool

Simon Rowe's Hatha Yoga 200hr training was undertaken with Duncan Hulin, Yoga Director, Devon School of Yoga, in Varkala, Kerala State, South India,in 2003 where he completed the School's Foundation Course in Hatha Yoga. He stayed on for another six months practicing yoga, visiting ashrams and training with local teachers. A 4 day workshop in Pranayama, Meditation and Asanas was also completed in southern Spain, followed by further advanced workshops with the Devon School of Yoga. He has also attended a Sarah Pwers Yin Yoga training with Tri-Yoga in London. An Meditation retreat with the British Taoist Association was completed in Sussex during Spring 2006. Taoist philosophy, daoyin qigong, walking meditations and sitting practices were also followed.
