Our dedicated technical support team is led by a qualified Occupational Therapist; Sue Allen qualified over 20 years ago, and initially worked in the NHS, Social Services, and a Care Support Team within AXA PPP Lifetime Care, before choosing to specialise in equipment advice and provision.
