From humble beginnings we’ve grown to become one of the region's foremost letting agents, covering Totton, Romsey and Southampton. We uphold the very highest professional standards. We’re proud members of The Property Redress Scheme, and all our tenants’ deposits are held securely by The Deposit Protection Service. We’re passionate about customer service too! We serve many hundreds of customers every year, each one receiving a customer questionnaire card for completion. Each card returned is read personally by our founder Richard Parker, and where we can make improvements, we promise to do so. It’s a fact that the vast majority of our new business is from recommendation, and that more than 60% of new tenancies agreed are to existing or former Parkers customers.
