Through my career I have gained wide experience on residential properties having worked for public and private organisations, both large and small, before setting up my own practice in 1995. Doing so has enabled me to offer a personal independent service; I have no need to work to targets, nor am I ‘pressured’ to carry out a given number of jobs each day, as is often common practice for modern corporate businesses. My aim is to provide a friendly, prompt and professional service tailored to your purposes and requirements. Occasionally my services are called upon by local and national surveying practices when they require additional manpower, and over the years I have completed mortgage valuation reports on behalf of a vast number of lending institutions, including many of the main banks and building Societies.
