Having worked with computers since the early 80's, Peter has gained significant knowledge over the last 30+ years about how they operate. Working for a good number of years repairing IT systems to component level, trouble shooting local and wide area networks, and for 5 years as head of IT in a local secondary school, both teaching IT and system maintenance. Peter is especially interested in Linux-based systems and server administration, although he has experience right through from MS-DOS to the new Windows 7 and enjoys the challenges they bring. Sam has worked in IT support for the past 9 years and has numerous courses and certificates under his belt. Sam works mainly with Windows-based systems and his experience allows him to approach any problem with confidence.
