Carolyn Hooker is Director and founder of People Inclusive and is a highly experienced business consultant specialising in everything companies need to do to get the best from their people. Her results are in achieving prosperity and growth and she advises CEO's and senior managers in large and small companies across the SW. Her expertise lies in identifying simple, pragmatic solutions to seemingly complex problems and then advising, motivating, training and coaching people to reach their goals.

She was the youngest ever Regional Manager for the Open University and later one of the first Account Managers for a new public/private e-learning company Learndirect, where she was responsible for £2.5m of learning contracts. Carolyn is an Associate of the Centre for Leadership Studies at the University of Exeter Business School and an Ambassador for the National Training Awards.
