Perry Holt & Co is a Chartered Surveying Practice established in 2002 offering a dedicated service to a selected number of clients. Property development, particularly regeneration projects, are a feature of the practice. The Principal, Perry Holt, has extensive experience in the commercial property market gained over 40 years in the Watford area.
