Osteopathy uses various techniques as joint articulation and manipulation (clicking), massage and stretching. I will also share my knowledge to educate you as to why you may have started experiencing the problem in the first place and what you can do to change that. I may prescribe exercises, stretches or activities to counteract the tensions or weakness that are held within your body. The list of conditions below is not an exhaustive list of problems that I address, treat and help so contact if you wish to discuss any other problems you may be having. Most people find that their main symptoms or level of pain have either dramatically reduced or gone within 4 to 6 appointments.
