PetzRus started as a local home delivery service in the East Dorset area and is now a nationwide home delivery service. Launched in February 2009, we are a young company with a team of friendly, helpful staff dedicated to saving you time and money. All of our staff are pet owners so we understand the needs of other pet parents. How PetzRus began. The idea for PetzRus came from founder; young entrepreneur Ian Hulbert's own personal experience. Having lugged home heavy bags of dog food, paying high pet shop prices and last minute dashes to the supermarket to stock up on the cat's dinner. Ian also noticed that supermarket and pet shop prices were really high and so he decided to set up a business that would make a positive impact on the local pet community. What we do. We are an eco-friendly company and are committed to keeping the local area clean.
