Philip Wiltshire BSc (Hons) MRICS IMaPS gained his Building Surveying degree in 1991. During his industrial training year out with West Sussex County Council, he met Philip Acton and the ‘Philips’ journey began. Philip Acton BSc (Hons) MRICS IMaPS received his degree in Building Surveying in 1992 whilst working for the Property Department at West Sussex County Council.
