Phoenix College is an SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) Special School in Reading catering for up to 64 students with Education, Health Care Plans (EHCP).Our students may also have additional learning needs. The behaviours that students demonstrate may have led to a diagnosis of SEMH at their previous placements but the additional need may have been diagnosed later.
