Our aim was to recoup some if not all of the work we once had from private hire companies specifically the ones that were not licensed in Liverpool. In the ensuing months our co-operative has gone from strength to strength and our driver numbers have increased to marry with the amount of work we are now receiving. The benefits of using phoenix taxis are numerous as we offer wheelchair accessibility and we are also pram, bicycle and pet friendly and we are all 5 seater vehicles.

Our tariff is one the cheapest on Merseyside including private hire tariffs and the only time our rates change are between the hours of 11pm and 6am on Fridays and Saturdays and bank holiday Sundays. Another advantage for our customers is that when you call to order your cab you speak directly to one of our drivers which alleviates confusion regarding waiting times.
