Physiowise

Before I started to work as an independent practitioner I worked in the NHS for 12 years in Liverpool, London and North Staffordshire. I gained invaluable experience in many aspects of physiotherapy, including the management and direct involvement in the commissioning of a new physiotherapy department. In addition 3 years were spent working abroad in Botswana with a voluntary agency, this was a very rewarding and satisfying job. I began working in Leek full time in 1988, concentrating on musculo-skeletal problems. Since then the practice has developed a reputation for high standards in the treatment of neck and back pain. My skills are regularly updated, revised and developed and more than meet the criteria of both the CSP (Chartered Society of Physiotherapists) and HPC (Health Professional Council).
