Physique Gym

Physique Gym is a private members club, with a capped membership capacity. At Physique Gym we are extremely passionate about your fitness goals, which is why we focus on the most important thing that matters - the members.

Capping the membership capacity adds that personal, friendly touch with a warm atmosphere. This also ensures no overcrowding, or waiting around for equipment as well as ensuring ample parking.

There are a wide range of facilities available, images of which can be seen below. We offer cardiovascular equipment, plate loaded machines and pin stack weight machines. Dumbbells range from 2.5kg to 50kg, fixed barbells from 10kg to 55kg, abdominal area with cradles, fitness and medicine balls plus skipping ropes. Punch bags can also be found at the rear. Other facilities include toilets, changing cubicles and a stand up sun bed.
