Piano Taxi in conjunction with Music Box Pianos Manchester have worked proverbial miracles for the piano summer school at Chetham's year after year. Moving literally dozens of grand and upright pianos in and out of Chetham's School of Music and up and down corridors is no mean task, but they always handle the Herculian demands we make of them with calmness, control, speed and efficiency.

Most importantly of all, they never let us down. In all the years we have been working together, not one single piano has been damaged. Undoubtedly the high point of the move from our old music department into the new Ј32 million new school building in July 2012 was the miraculously effortless transfer of our 104 pianos by Piano Taxi. Not only did they manage this extraordinary exercise without putting a foot wrong- they even managed to complete the task more than 24 hours ahead of schedule.
