Ploughcroft was born when our Divisional Director, Chris Hopkins, recognised a need to change the public perception of the roofing and building industry. Traditionally an industry known for having a bad reputation for both customer service and poor health & safety, Chris set out to create a company which was highly customer focused and it remains so to this day — some 20+ years later! Our principles are simple — we are committed to always putting the customer first. Our objective is to build long lasting relationships with every customer, based on a strong foundation of trust and we are proud to say that a large percentage of our customers have been loyal to us for many years!
