Plus One Personnel

Our company was created out of our passion to deliver a recruitment experience to businesses and jobseekers that is second to none. The Directors and founders are Stuart Moore and Claire Kingsbury, who set up Plus One Personnel in early 2005. Having worked in the recruitment industry since the late 90's, we felt that whilst a lot of Recruitment Agencies provided a general 'one size fits all' experience, there was a lack of personal relationship building, consistent quality and innovation in our area, and these core values are not only what Plus One Personnel were built upon, but what we continue to work hard to achieve today.

Stuart and Claire started the company with the ideals that our Consultants and our service should be professional and ethical at all times, that we should be customer-centric in all of our processes and innovative in terms of offering new ideas and value added services - principles which have been at the forefront at every stage of the company's development.
