Our team consists of a multi-disciplinary staff of quantity surveyors and project managers. As a team, we are both flexible and highly skilled at responding to clients’ individual needs and tailoring these to each programme Based in Birmingham, PMP is owned and led by five directors. For each and every project, a director always takes personal ownership, responsibility and accountability for PMP’s performance and the timing and quality of project deliverables. They are always involved as a working member of the delivery team. Through controlled, appropriate and transparent delegation- the directors, are supported by excellent in-house teams that have the right blend of experience, capability and qualifications.
