Sunny, our chief gas engineer, is an army veteran having served 10 years with the forces including tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. Traits of his previous occupation have stayed with him and he prides himself in his professionalism, smart turnout and punctuality. He believes the most important person in the transaction is always the customer, so customer service comes second to none when dealing with us. Our gas engineers are fully qualified and accredited with their relevant safety organisations, most relevant is Gas Safe. This site is managed by the HSE, who run extensive background checks into the engineers they allow membership to as well as coming out yearly and inspecting our work to make sure they are complying with the high standards required when working with gas. We are a proud members of CheckATrade, having passed all prerequisites held by the organisation to prove our customer service and work is continuously carried out to the highest standards and you can trust us. We will also hand you an evaluation card when we visit so you can offer your views of our service to future customers.
