POLE CONTROL - Pole Fitness

Here at Pole Control we are dedicated to teaching you the art of pole fitness, from simple spins and holds to tricky inversions and strength moves. The studio is located in Buckhurst Hill, Essex, just a stone's throw from Roding Valley tube station (Central line) with great links to London. Our bijou studio is fully equipped with professional dance poles, crash mats, floor to ceiling mirrors, wood flooring and toilet/changing facilities. Our instructors are experienced, qualified, insured and first aid trained. Your safety is always our top priority.
