We are specialist UK Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors with an in-depth knowledge of the Public Sector and Science facilities. We are retained advisers to The Crown Estate, English Heritage and several scientific companies and organisations.
Powis Hughes Ltd (PHL) is committed to promoting sustainability. In 2012 we installed a 4kWp Photovoltaic Installation and in 2013 we installed a 20kW Ground Source Heat Pump. Our offices have moved from a EPC rating of "C" to a rating of "B". We are reviewing further initiatives.
