Hugo Prime & Co Chartered Building Surveyors is an independent practice based in Cambridge, England providing a comprehensive service for clients throughout Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk, North Essex and North Hertfordshire. We offer a completely independent service and have no connection or ties with any estate agents. The practice provides a comprehensive service for clients with an emphasis on surveys and defect diagnosis of residential property with a special interest in historic buildings.

Two types of survey are available: The RICS Homebuyer Report and a full Building Survey (previously known as a Structural Survey). Valuations can also be prepared for special purposes including matrimonial settlement, probate and insurance rebuilding costs.
